FRAMEMAX'S ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
There is no doubt that the world is changing at breakneck speed. This is rebuffed
possible by ever more dazzling scientific and technological progress; it is on this path
that FRAMEMAX works more and more in environments where technological advances
and innovation are essential factors for obtaining competitive advantages.
FRAMEMAX is the perfect component of experience and advanced technology in the
field of construction in cold-formed steel, its potential extends to local markets but also
to international.

Our Innovation
Framemax is the world leader in Cold Formed Steel (CFS) Systems and multi-story construction, holding worldwide patents for key systems, that are a much better alternative to concrete. Moreover, they are environmental friendly, and provide speed of construction and cost advantages.
FrameMax has dedicated engineering and design support with the intent of creating the world’s most reliable equipment. FrameMax Equipment has exceptionally high production capacity - 130 tons. Additionally, we provide warranties and service agreements to ensure the equipment is well maintained and highly reliable.

FRAMEMAX SYSTEMS ADVANTAGES
The world’s most advanced cold-formed light steel building system for multi-story buildings
Capable of building up to 16 stories using only cold-formed light steel in a short time
Incorporates the best roll-forming technology available allowing:
High capacity of 9,000 ft (3,000 meters) per hour production, average of 8 tons/hour or 1500 sq. ft. (150 sq. m.) per hour of building area
Production line is able to produce from 3” (75mm) to 12” (300mm) width profiles from 20g (0.8mm) to 12g (2.5mm) gauge/thickness of steel with automatic adjustment in seconds between profiles and provide punches
Wall framing, floor joists and roofing frame components all produced accurately within 1/16th inch (1.5mm), on one production line using “non-stop” production technology.
Proven system used worldwide and in all environments (seismic areas, tough weather, coasts climate, desert climate, etc.) with:
The largest cold-formed steel project in California; CalPoly San Luis Obispo; 3,000 bed student accommodation buildings
The largest project ever completed in cold-formed steel consisting of over 300 x 5 story buildings for the Algerian Ministry of Defense and 100 offices buildings, schools, hospitals and barracks
7 Story “mixed use” Wilshire Vermont project consisting of almost a complete city block, the largest of its type in Los Angeles
Numerous other high profiles, prestigious projects in the USA for Starwood Hotel, Sheraton, etc and other parts of the world; India, New Zealand, all completed directly by FrameMax staff
Numerous warehouses in Sudan
Comes complete with support in all aspects of the building system by the most experienced staff in cold-formed steel in the areas of:
Design and engineering
Production and roll-forming expertise
Fabrication and framing erection on-site
Supply of steel coil, fasteners, add-on steel products
Supply of all associated building products
Complete with design software or access to design and engineering services to ensure the success of projects

THE COLD-FORMED STEEL SOLUTION
Faster Build Times (Speed)
Increase onsite construction speeds significantly with pre-fabricated panels

Environment Friendly
Environmentally friendly, uses over 80% recycled materials
Leed eligible for recycled content
Lower energy usage
Less scrap and waste
Lower lifecycle cost
Quality Controlled Production
All pieces are rolled to precise length, leading to a higher quality panel and almost no job site waste. Offsite assembly also allows for lower skilled workers to perform onsite installs.

Panels Fitted for Lifting
(Ease)
Less required handling of the materials leads to less potential damages
Prefabricated with Offsite Labor

All pieces are rolled to precise length, leading to a higher quality panel and almost no job site waste. Offsite assembly also allows for lower skilled workers to perform onsite installs.

Sustainability & Insurance Saving
Resistant to rotting, termites, and mold
Offers superior fire ratings
Durable, straight, light-weight, consistent quality material
Affordability
Lower lifecycle cost – improved time value of money
Faster speed of construction
Much lower energy use
Easy to remove
Lighter weight reduces foundation costs, especially in poor soil conditions
Labor costs makes steel an affordable option

Earthquake Resistance
Cold formed steel buildings are resistant to earthquakes
Designing shear walls to carry out the seismic loads
In a suitable design, the architectural result is comparable to all building styles and stability is unequivocal.
